REGULATIONS

In accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, I consent to the processing of my personal data by EURO24 Sp.z o.o. Sp.k. for the purpose of submitting an inquiry through the contact form.

In line with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we inform you that:

3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of responding to inquiries made through the contact form, based on the consent given in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
4. Your personal data may be shared with:
   • a) Companies within the Euro24 capital group, such as Express Delivery Ltd., Euro24 Express Spain S.L., and Euro24 Deutschland GmbH,
   • b) IT service providers, transport companies (subcontractors), advertising agencies, debt collection companies,
   • c) Entities authorized to obtain personal data under legal provisions.
5. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months or until consent is withdrawn.
6. Consent withdrawal is possible by sending information to: rodo@euro24.co, but it will prevent us from responding to the inquiry.
7. You have the right to access your data and to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object, under the conditions set out in the GDPR provisions.
8. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
9. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to respond to the inquiry submitted via the contact form. Failure to provide data may prevent us from providing services at the highest level. We ensure that all data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for the purpose of responding to inquiries.
