3. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6 section 1 letter a of the GDPR)
   in order to conduct current and future employee recruitment.

4. Your personal data may be made available to:

   1. Companies from the Euro24 capital group, i.e. Express Delivery Ltd., Euro24 Express Spain s.l. and Euro24 Deutschland GmbH,

   2. companies providing IT services for the Controller,

   3. entities entitled to obtain personal data under the law.

5. Your personal data will be stored for 6 months or until your consent is withdrawn.

6. The withdrawal of consent is possible by sending information to the address: rodo@euro24.co, however, this will prevent you from participating in recruitments.

7. You have the right to request the controller to access, rectify, delete or limit the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to transfer the data – to the extent provided for in the GDPR regulations.

8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

9. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitments conducted by the Controller.
