The EURO24 Customer Satisfaction Survay was aimed at understanding the needs and expectations of our business partners in terms of cooperation in various areas. 

Another analyzed category was the assessment of the level of customer service and cooperation with individual departments. The results are presented in the infographic below, they are 100% due to employees of departments cooperating with our clients: forwarding, monitoring department and sales department. The competencies of the members of these teams, their industry knowledge, availability and effectiveness were assessed.
