§1 General Provisions
- These regulations, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”, define the rules of the “Euro24 Match Masters” contest, hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”. The Contest is organised from July 3 to July 10, 2024, with the results announced on July 16, 2024.
- The organiser of the Contest is EURO24 Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., with its registered office at ul. Żołnierzy 9 Dywizji Piechoty 8, 35-083 Rzeszów, NIP: 5170356307, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”.
- The Contest is announced and conducted on social media channels and on the Euro24 website.
- The purpose of the Contest is to promote the Euro24 brand among football fans, to engage and activate current and potential customers and supporters of the brand through interactive fun related to the Euro 2024 Championship.
- The Regulations are available to participants throughout the duration of the Contest on the Organiser’s website: https://euro24.co/en/match-masters/.
- Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge. Participation in the Contest and acceptance of these Regulations is equivalent to full understanding and acceptance of its provisions by the participant.
- The Contest is not a game of chance, a promotional lottery, a mutual bet, or any form of gambling as described in the Act of 19 November 2009 on gambling.
- The condition for participation in the Contest is the acceptance of the Regulations, providing the name of your favourite football player in a comment under the contest post (on Facebook or LinkedIn channels), and predicting the teams that will achieve the best results in the groups (A, B, C, D, E, F) in the dedicated form on the website www.euro24/en/euro_2024.
- If you have any questions or concerns regarding the Contest, participants can contact the Organiser via email at marketing@euro24.co.
- The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Regulations for important reasons, of which participants will be immediately informed in a manner appropriate to the method of publication of the Regulations.
§2 Contest Prizes
- Prizes will be awarded to the first 5 participants whose predictions are closest to the actual results. Each of the 5 winners will receive a Euro24 prize pack, including:
- A Euro24 football
- A Euro24 branded water bottle
- A Euro24 mascot plush toy
2. Procedure for Selecting Winners:
- Winners will be chosen based on how closely their predictions match the actual match results. The contest committee will consider the order of submissions. The earlier a participant submits their predictions, the higher their chance of winning.
- Conditions for Participating in the Contest:
> Predict the winning team of the Euro 2024 Championship using the form at www.euro24/euro_2024.
>Comment under the contest post (Facebook or LinkedIn) with the name of the player you think will be the best player of Euro 2024. Direct links to the contest posts can be found at www.euro24/euro_2024.
3. Announcement of Results: The Contest results will be announced on July 16, 2024, on Euro24’s social media channels and via email to the address provided by participants in the submission form on the contest page. In case more than one person has the same number of points and correct predictions, prizes will be awarded based on the earliest submission time.
§3 Participation Restrictions in the Contest
- Participation Conditions:
- Participation in the “Euro24 Match Mania – FINALS” Contest is open to all adults who are not employees of the Organizer or directly involved in organizing the Contest.
- Participants must accept all conditions outlined in these Regulations, including the requirement to submit predictions on the contest website and post a comment on the Organizer’s social media profile.
- Each participant can enter the Contest only once. In case of multiple entries by the same person, all submissions will be disqualified.
2. Submission Form:
- To participate in the Contest, interested individuals must fill out the submission form available at www.euro24.co/euro-2024/. The form requires contact information necessary to identify the participant and deliver any potential prizes.
- Participants must provide true and current contact details. If false information is provided, participation in the Contest may be invalidated.
3. Acceptance of Regulations: Participation in the Contest is only possible upon full acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations. Non-acceptance of any part of the Regulations results in the inability to participate in the Contest.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to verify participants’ compliance with the eligibility criteria at any time during the Contest. If non-compliance is found, the participant may be excluded from the Contest without the possibility of appeal.
5. Tiebreaker: In the event that more than one person has the same number of points and correct predictions, prizes will be awarded based on the earliest submission time.
§4 Announcement of Results
- The results of the three main winners of the “Euro24 Match Mania – FINALS” Contest will be announced publicly on the Organizer’s social media channels. The list of 3 winners will be sent via email to the addresses provided by participants in the submission form.
- The Organiser reserves the right to publish the names or pseudonyms of the winners for the purpose of promoting the contest and its results. Participants agree to such use of their data when entering the contest by accepting the Regulations.
3. Announcement of results:
- The results of the “Euro24 Match Mania – FINALS” Contest will be publicly announced on July 16, 2024, on the Organizer’s social media channels and via email to the addresses provided by participants in the submission form.
4. Publication of winners:
- The Organiser reserves the right to publish the names or pseudonyms of the winners for the purpose of promoting the contest and its results. 5. Privacy policy:
- All personal information will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. Participants have the right to access their data, correct it, delete it, or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object to the processing.
- The Organiser is committed to protecting the privacy of participants and ensures that personal data will be used solely for the purposes related to the Contest.
§5 Participation Restrictions in the Contest
- Conditions of participation:
- Participation in the “Euro24 Euro24 Match Master-FINAL” Contest is limited to adults who have reached 18 years of age before the start date of the Contest.
- Individuals employed by the Organiser and those directly involved in the preparation and conduct of the Contest, including their family members and close associates, are excluded from participation.
2. Reasons for disqualification:
- Each participant can only enter the Contest once. In case of multiple submissions by the same person, only the first entry will be considered.
- Participants who violate the rules of the Regulations, including providing false personal information or using unauthorised means to increase their chances of winning, will be immediately disqualified.
3. Legal disclaimers:
- The Organiser reserves the right to verify the compliance of participants with the eligibility criteria at any time during the Contest. In case of non-compliance, the participant may be excluded from the Contest without the right to appeal.
- The Organiser is not responsible for entries that are not registered or are incomplete due to technical issues or other reasons beyond the control of the Organiser.
§6 Complaints and Complaint Procedures
- Right to submit complaints:
- Participants in the “Euro24 Match Master-FINAL” Contest have the right to submit complaints regarding the course of the Contest, including its rules, the scoring system, and the awarding of prizes.
2. Complaint handling procedure:
- All complaints will be reviewed by the Organiser within 14 business days from the date of receipt.
- Participants will be informed of the outcome of their complaint via email to the address provided in the complaint.
3. Organiser’s decisions:
- The Organiser’s decisions regarding the handling of complaints are final and cannot be appealed.
- If any irregularities are found in the course of the Contest that could have affected its outcome, the Organiser reserves the right to invalidate the results in whole or in part and to re-conduct the Contest or the disputed part of it.
4. Organiser’s responsibility:
- The Organiser is not responsible for technical problems beyond their control, such as software errors, equipment failures, or internet access issues that may affect participants’ ability to enter the Contest or submit their entries correctly.
5. Submitting complaints:
- Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Organiser’s email address: marketing@euro24.co, within 7 business days from the date the Contest results are announced.
§7 Final Provisions and Data Protection
- Changes to the Regulations:
- The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations for important reasons, of which participants will be immediately informed by updating the text of the Regulations available on the website and the Organiser’s social media profiles.
2. Disputes:
- Any disputes arising from the implementation of the Contest will be resolved by the competent court in accordance with applicable Polish law.
3. Data protection:
- The administrator of the personal data of the Contest participants is the Organiser. Personal data is collected solely for purposes related to the implementation of the Contest, including the identification of participants and the awarding of prizes.
- Contest participants have the right to access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Personal data of participants will be processed for the time necessary to achieve the purposes related to the organisation of the Contest, but no longer than 6 months from the date the Contest results are announced, unless longer data retention is required by law.
- The Organiser is committed to ensuring a high level of security for personal data and to protecting it from unauthorised access.
4. Withdrawal of consent:
- Contest participants may withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time, which will, however, be equivalent to withdrawing from further participation in the Contest.
